On the topic of not being able to jump, you'd be surprised. I've found that a lot of jumpers that have been slightly cow hocked. You sometimes have to be a little more careful as there can often be other things that can cause problems if there are other defects further down the leg but good farriery can help. One thing that I do notice now that I've had a bit of time to think about it, your filly does stand rather straight with her hind legs - you can pretty much draw a straight line from the dock to the ground and her hock and fetlock are pretty much lined up (see the first pic) this is a good thing which may help counteract her cow hocks.
