Jim,

On their own, the length of your arms, legs, or torso have nothing to do with a proper fitting. What is important is your W-T-F measurement which we translate into your wrist-to-ground measurement at impact assuming an ideal posture and swing plane. The resultant club length forces you into the perfect swing posture and swing plane to optimize your skeletal, muscle, and joint functions to produce your highest power and control potential.

At your W-T-F measurement your irons would be the same club length as an "off the rack" #7 iron. Since your favorite iron is your #8 and your clubs are built 1/2" longer than standard, a set of our irons would be identical to your favorite #8 iron.

It is important to note that every golfer has a favorite iron which is unconsciously determined by the golfer's body gravitating to the one that comes closest to fitting properly and is exactly what our fitting model is based upon.

Thank you David,

Originally I was thinking the 7 iron because I hit it good but if I only have time to hit one club when warming up I seem to use the 8 iron and never remember mis-hitting it. The reason I'm looking at your irons is because I have a tendency to hook my 5 and 6 irons quite a bit and this was with about every set of irons I have had, Pings, Nike's, etc. I hope the irons don't have much offset as I hate offset, drives me nuts.

Jim
