Subject: Best Customer Service that I have ever seen

2 weeks ago, while playing a round, I was faced with a difficult lie under a tree, where I needed to carry 100 yards over water, and another 120 yards to the green. I overpowered my 3-wood, missing the ball and hitting the tree with my club, breaking it in half. Mr. Lake had my club re-shafted and returned to me, at no cost. I paid one way shipping. I have never dealt with a company that had better customer service than this. The clubs are the best that I have ever used, or heard of, and the commitment to their clients is as good as the product. I also learned that a penalty stroke is not such a bad thing. I had to count 1 for the stroke that broke the club, and 1 for the hooded 3-Iron that went in the lake, and one for the drop. 3 strokes and several rounds without a 3-wood, where an unplayable lie drop would have cost 1 stroke. An expensive, emotionally charged lesson, well learned. Thank You, Mr. Lake.

I have to second this. The customer service is far beyond excellent.
