Subject: Continued improvement

I was a 15 handicap for eight years without any improvement from year to year. I thought that I'd reached my own plateau where I could'nt get any better. Last fall I got a whole set of 1 Irons (#3 iron through lob wedge), #3 wood, driver; and today my handicap is 9. These clubs and theory are REAL!!! My improvement is continuous and I shoot lower and lower scores with every round of golf I play. My distances have increased with every club over my old Pings and my ball striking and accuracy are at a level I thought I'd never attain. My only regret is that I didn't buy a set of 1 Irons years ago.

My advice is that if you're sitting on the fence about purchasing a set of 1 Irons do yourself a huge favor and just go for it! I guarantee you won't be dissappointed.

Carl

May sound like a commercial but what Carl wrote is the same experience I've had. It's hard to explain to someone who has never played the 1-Irons how good they really are. I'll tell you right now that you don't know what serious iron play is until you've hit these babies.

You must not compare prices too often because Pings, Callaways, TaylorMades, Mizuno, Nike, etc. are all pricier than 1 Irons. Besides that if it turns out these other company's clubs don't improve your game then you're stuck because you can't return them once they've been used.

They may be a "no-name" brand to some people but they're the top name brand for anybody that's tried them. I'd be willing to bet that they are the top name brand on the internet since there have been hundreds of threads and thousands of postings about 1 Iron Golf on every golf forum for over six years - BTW, I've never seen a negative post about the company.

They may not be well known outside the internet because they don't spend millions of dollars on advertising in Golf Digest and all the rest of the golf mags. They also don't pay tour players to use their clubs which costs many more millions of dollars - all of which us consumers pay for when we buy the "big-name" brands.
