John,

You have developed a swing flaw which all of us do from time to time. My suggestion is to make two trips to the range on consecutive days taking only your #3 iron. Do not hit more than 80 balls on each trip and pause after each shot so that you can analyze your swing. After hitting ten or fifteen shots you should see the draw tendency begin to disappear as your body unconsciously makes the hundreds of minute swing changes required. The second trip to the range is strictly for the purpose of ingraining your corrected swing.

I would also suggest that you slow your swing down initially as this can contribute to a pull or draw.
