John,

The address position using any of the various swing methods (conventional, single-axis, simple swing, etc.) is irrelevant. As you mention, the important point is the position at impact, and regardless of the swing method used this position will be identical. The design of 1 Iron Golf clubs is based upon the ideal impact position and will improve your performance using any swing method.

It may be interesting to note that Dave Predzin (Master Teaching Pro with Graves Brothers Golf) has been playing 1 Irons for four years and recommends them to his students (his wife also plays 1 Irons). You can check out his bio from the Graves Brothers website here: http://swinglikemoe.com/index.php?customernumber=28958371460566&pr=Dave_Predzin

Thanks David. I will check out Dave Predzin's web site and may contact him to discuss the 1 Iron clubs with him further and how they have worked for him with the Moe Norman single axis swing. Thanks again for the input. John S.
