I have done some research and have concluded that it is a problem with a lack of compatability with my Windows ME software. It started when I downloaded for the first time music mp3 programs. I tried Kazaa and it did not download properly, and when I tried to remove the program, it kept returning. Then I downloaded Qtrax, and it worked well. I was recommended the program WinMX and so I tried that too. That is when I ran into the white screen problem. I've been told that it has to do with my ME and certain downloaded programs...I've since removed all unwanted programs as well as performed a defragmentization opperation. Things are better but the white screen as since occured...Plus, I want to continue my mp3 downloading...Do you have any suggestions or advice in regards to my situation?
