Knee problems are really a pain in the you know what! About three years ago I jumped off the tailgate of my pickup and damaged a tendon in my foot. I found out one needs both of everything one has to function properly! LOL The funniest part of my PT was when the person spilled out some marbles on the floor and told me to pick them up. I'll not say here what went through my mind at that time. LOL Anyway, I bent over to pick them up by hand and he said nooooo, with your toes! I still haven't figured out the purpose of that exercise, I only did it that one time. That was my last visit!!

I hope you are getting along better with your knee!
