Several years ago, I had to have PT for my feet because I had heel spurs that were bothering me somethin' awful. Picking up marbles with my toes was one of the exercises I had to do, too! LOL There were like 30 marbles! I surprised myself that I could do it... it was actually one of the easier exercises in PT that I could do. (Gripping a marble or two with your toes will exercise the muscles and tendons in your foot.) The hardest I had to endure was the ultrasound on the bottom of my feet... I have ticklish feet, so that was just horrible!!! LOL

And thanks, my knee is feeling a lot better. :)
