Subject: Shrewsbury Town vs Bridgnorth Spartans

I have been watching ladies football for the last few years and have to admit to being shocked and ashamed at some of the Shrewsbury girls, their management and spectators. Over the two matches some of girls in the Shrewsbury team has excelled particulerly at dissent that followed on from being penalised for foul play (during the 1st match). Some of them excelled in thuggery after the 2nd match with a cowardly and vicious attack on one of the Bridgnorth players. The management and spectators verbally abused the referees and the opposition teams with insults that were both provocative and spiteful. Shrewsbury Town Ladies are plumbing new depths and bringing the Town and county into disrepute. The worrying thing is that they don't seem to understand fair play and sportmanship and seem to thrive only on ill feeling and want victory at any price.
