The current campaign is actually set before the one's in Fayon. That said, I've been looking around to try and find a way to mesh the two world's histories (particularly the fact that Dracnador has but one true god and Fayon had many). Looking at the stuff put out for the Scarred Lands and the Daemonforge (the EN world over at Eric Noah's site) I think I have found a compromise. Plus, I've been reading up on some H.P. Lovecraft...

1. Dracnador was once a battleground for extremly powerful entities. The end result of the battle was the death/banishment/scattering of these entities.

2. The "remains" of these entities take various forms, and bleed divine magic into Dracnador. Those that know of them refer to them as the "Dead Gods" or the "Old Ones"

3. Gaea was one of these etities. She forsaw the conflict and attempted to save the life of the inhabitants of Dracnador by giving birth to Luna, the moon.

4. Gaes is still alive and sentient to some degree, communicating through treant-like avatars

5. various, strange cults can be found in the deep woods.

The former history still stands pretty much unchanged from this point, except that Xanthor was ruled by Diabolist instead of Technomancers (since you guys didn't seem to like this idea very much). I'll still post something on the technomancer's when I can, though.

CURRENT
1. ruins of Xanthor are pits of evil holding trapped fiends (who may have tapped the power of the Dead Gods) and the remains of the undead legions that stormed Xanthor.

2. The Dragon-Gods have harnessed the blood of the Dead Gods and become semi-divine themselves.

3. Other nations exist, balanced precariously on the strength of the Dragon Orb(s) in the nations possession.

That is pretty much it for the basics. AS to how the Gods of Fayon appear and the nations arise (and the forests disappear), well... I think that'll be more fun to play out.
