You wouldn't care if 100 billion was spent in your yard! You would complain about everything. You must check the facts. When Humvees were needed, 15,000 were transfered from other operations of use and many more thousand ordered. Rumsfield was blind sided and he stood his ground which I agree with. The press, as usual, did not report the whole story. Minutes before the statement about going to war with what you have, Rumsfield commented on the extra equipment that was sent and the new orders. Of course, the press will only report the negative, which you apparently love.

Why don't you sell your SUV and send the money for a Humvee upgrade rather than try finding every thing negative you can!
