I hope it was obvious, for those who listened to Dave and Bob this AM, that Rick Ranson did a typical politico end run around the question of funding for future raises for city employees. Apparently the conventional wisdom dictates taxing the city into prosperity.

Hasn't that, historically, caused the collapse of other intellectually challenged societies??

I think the Red River will see a lot of North bound traffic if the latest tax scam passes.
