Meanwhile, I find it funny that you manage to always find a way to blame "Clinton" on shortcomings of the current administration. AMAZING! Oh, by the way, the military cutbacks you're speaking of... came in Bush (41) term in the last 1980s... hello, people around here can remember when the Base Closure Commission came to England, right?

Funny, though, that the story hit the airwaves, and WHAM-O, there's an order placed, and the order is filled so quickly. If the manufacturer SAID they were ready and waiting on the order, and could turn around the order so fast, the question REMAINS.... why didn't the CURRENT war-mongering administration PLACE such an order BEFORE the troops complained about it?

Because they frankly didn't give a rat's @ss til the press did.

But, I'm sure the hesitancy to place the order for armored humvees in THIS war was somehow Clinton's fault, too. I know, you can use this one, I just cooked up for you extremist righters...
