 BRAVO! Senator Mary Landrieu (D), followed later this week by Senator David Vitter (R) of Louisiana have BOTH now come out against the Bush administration's defense secretary, Donald Rumsfeld, for ABUSING and OVER-USING the National Guard for the war in Iraq.

It's nice to know that there is finally BIPARTISAN representation speaking up for the mis-use of our men and women in this unjust war. I expected this sort of talk from Mary (and was thankful for it), but I'm also shocked and overwhelmingly elated to see that Vitter will not be a Bush administration puppet, but will represent the state with the most Guardsmen in Iraq per capita.
