 asks for you to make recomendations on things, shoots them down, and asks you to make a new recomendation without ever telling you what it is they are looking for?

My boss is a real nice guy out of work but sometimes I want to just break my foot off in his ass! He is the type of person to have his mind made up before he asks for your opinion and shoots you down until you make the same suggestion as he is thinking... that way it it pans out to be the right choice he can take credit and if it is the wrong one, he can pass blame... micromanagement at its best! I am trying to compose an email to him right now on a proposal he wanted me to make and I am trying to be as PC as possible with out just saying "Why the fuck don't you just tell me how YOU want it done since that is how it is all going to happen anyways!" It really sucks working for a non technical boss when you work in the IT business!
