Did you ever sell the engine? The 327 did not begin production until 1962. Likely it is a 283 with a Barr conversion or still possibly a 327 1962 or newer.

Hi, the motor would have to be 1962 or later to be a 327, could be a 283, anyway, I need one for my sea skiff. What do you want for it, and where are you located? Thanks Steve
