Subject: MT. DORA AND HARTWELL

Hello All CCSSC Members:
We will be attending the St. Augustine Rendezvous, St. Johns River Cruise, Mt Dora Boat show and Hartwell Boat Show. If you are going to attend any of these, pleas let us know so that we can meet you.
MT. DORA Annual Meeting of CCSSC at 11 AM at the Pavillion in the park by the lake. Please try to come.
We will not have our boat in the water at Mt. Dora. However, at the HARTWELL BOAT SHOW there will be an award given to the BEST DECORATED CHRIS CRAFT SEA SKIFF. The boats should be decorated consistant with the age of the boat and if you wish to dig out your poodle skirts and decorate yourself too, all the better. This promises to be fun, hope you all participate.
We plan to have a CCSSC activity on FRIDAY EVENING. It will either be a "dutch treat" at a local restaurant or, weather permitting try for another WEENIE ROAST at the State Park (Brrrrr, remember two years ago?). Please let us know when you are coming. ALSO REMEMBER THERE ARE ACTIVITIES ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY... not just the show on Saturday. Contact Julie for more information.

[> Hi All! I was planning to come to Mount Dora, & have registered, but.......I JUST BOUGHT MY FIRST HOUSE!!! ACK!! Okay calm down, I'm stressing just a tick here, LOL!! So I'm planning on closing mid March & moving outta here by the end of March. Its like this, Mount Dora or a Washer & Dryer? Seriously, money might be kinda tight for me, so I'm thinking Dora will be out this year (and this year only) but I will definitely be at Hartwell....A CCSSC activity on Friday sounds great! [> [> Did Chris Craft Sea Skiffs come in different grades -- Sam (HELP!), 02:58:19 03/29/14 Sat (108-75-121-86.lightspeed.bcvloh.sbcglobal.net/108.75.121.86)

I'm looking to buy a 20' - 24' Chris Craft Sea Skiff from the mid 60's with a V8 engine. Do these boats come in different grades or models like the carval planked mahogany boats? I've heard the name Sea Hawk and Ranger, but don't know the difference. Also where are the weak places in the Sea Skiff hull, like where to look for problems?
