But this circuit is Offbeat's only home! We're not asking to be IVDA's first priority - just that our three minutes or so, already miserly compared to the time for which Dancesport entrants compete, isn't slashed to something that makes it not worthwhile to put in the many hours of pratice and preparation that go into a routine, especially at a time when there's more interest than ever in Offbeat. I accept that *some* limit needs to be imposed on the length of the Offbeat section of IVDA, and therefore support restricting the number of entries to some number between eight and ten of the best.
