Hi Chris. Now there's 2 of us!! I managed to get the committee last year to at least link to the site from the WUBDS website and advised them to read the site but to no avail.
The other day I mailed Chrissy and told her to read the site as there were lots of comp queries but this doesn't seem to have worked either!!

As for my opinion on the halls, I know that they did a huge amount of searching to find a suitable venue and unfortunately the larger ones are too expensive.

The best hall was the Butterworth on campus which also encouraged loads of spectators from the uni. Unfortunately the capitalists at the Arts Centre decided that if they can charge a fortune to businesses then why should they hire it to us at a discount? B***ards. We did plenty of battling if I remember.

On a national scale - I've seen plenty of uni comp venues worse than Kettering in my time, so I have a feeling Warwick aren't the only uni who struggle.
