Paul,

Thankyou for digging those proposed consitutional amendments out. For the record, I am totally in favour of her requests on behalf of the standing committee, whilst totally against this proposal regarding opens rules. Ali makes a good point about the practicality of the proposal, which complements my objections regarding the theory of the proposals.
