Why don't you all just have a look at the constitution before commenting on it... the SC can fine member societies and/or ban individuals if they are in breach of the constitution. The constitution says nothing about which level people may enter, so the SC cannot impose fines in that case.

It could, though i've never heard it happen, fine a member society if they were found to breach of any other of the IVDA rules, e.g. let ineligable competitors dance in the team match, enter non-beginners in beginners, wear competitive dress in NCD events or the like.

If the rule regarding opens entries had been passes, the SC could conceivably have fined societies for this too. I think the chance of any fines being imposed are extremely slim, as far as i know all disputes this year have been settled more or less amicably...
