I meant if the rule was passed, team captains are liable...
I know everyone says that it's a slim chance, but it could happen. And technically it could happen for the rules that already exist so surely the team captain should have control, and if they follow the guidelines, there is no prob...
Don't know really, I just laughed when I read that, as if the standing committee did not like me (Very likely as am sure there are at least 3 people out there) then technically, if my beginners try and ignore me, then my soc is fined, and has to close down as we have no money...
But then I have control for the most part...
Was just a thought that the standing committee should not be able to impose punishments without the GM consent, since it would be a big deal...
