My recollection of it is that the actual floor is quite small, though there is quite a lot of space for seating (only on one side, if I remember right). It's also a bit of a pain with the steps going down to the floor. Maybe it's just me, but I remember at a couple of comps some years ago having steps to get onto the floor and it's not ideal when you have large numbers of people queuing to get on and off the floor for heats (not usually so much of a problem at open comps). It's not a bad place though. I'd be interested to know how much they charge for it.
We've provisionally booked the Kings Hall in Stoke, where IVDA was held in 2001 and 2002.
