I propose that we use any additional moneys in the IVDA account to move all the distant universities. If So'ton, York, Leeds etc. were all located in the Midlands then life would be so much easier.

So we get removal men to pick up all the university buildings and move them a couple of hundred miles towards the middle of the country. While they're at it they can move Blackpool Tower (Thunderbirds stlyee) to a similar location.

Problem solved!
