Subject: The half empty PW Movement gigs, it was the 1st time Weller started playing Jam songs again like the new 'Rock' version of "That's Entertainment" and the new songs like "Kosmos", but no one else was interested except us. I was at one in Newport, Wales where he was totally fucked-off with the lack of attendance and didn't come on til @ 9:30 probably coz he thought more people might turn up, but they didn't. He seems more inspired when he's got a bit of attitude so to me it was a great gig.

Seeing Robert Carlyle welcome Weller on-stage, watching him do a great version of 'Whats Going On' plus others, and then performing alongside Ray Davies, Noel Gallagher, Stereophonics, etc, was amazing.
