Subject: Euclid Ave. Author: Flo-Jo [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 22:10:03 01/12/04 Mon I just finished reading the poems of Recardo Lucero on Euclid Ave. I would like to let you all out their know, that I was raised on Euclid Ave. and very proud of our street. I may not know all the names he had mentioned but I do know almost half of them! why because I grew up with there kids and grandkids played on the streets with them like kick the can, hide and seek, motorcross bike riding, army men gang fights with the blake street gang. Barbies,tea house, doctors (ha,ha,ha) and alot of sleep overs. If there are any Euclid people out there who would like to see where we all ended lets talk! Some names The Bakers, Tewksburys, Herreras, Moyas, Nash, ( I'm a Avalos) Naters, Whiteas, Tarango,s Ontiveros, and if I missed any get in touch. I know who can forget the sanchez on euclid hill! Hey do you remember Sharon Whita who use to live in that little white house by the naters? So your job takes you all over the state huh!
