I am trying to recall the name of an old comedy movie from sometime in the late 50's or early 60's. In a chase scene in the movie, the ASU Marching Band was in a parade marching through the streets of Flagstaff and the chase was back and forth through the marching band. The band was led by Cloin Watts, Drum Major from Globe, class of 1955. If anyone else out there remembers this scene and/or anything else about the movie, please email me or post here. Thank much, Jo

The movie was "Junior Bonner" filmed in Prescott '72
The studios used Cloin to lead the band in a couple of movies. This was after his college days.

"Eureka! You've found it!"
Anyone who says you can't find everything on the GHSTigerden site hasn't tried! Many thanks to Spike for diligently pursuing this and for "knowing the right people" to find the name of this movie. I really do appreciate it, Spike. I've been looking for it for some time and even tho I haven't got my hands on it yet, I know this is the one. Thanks again, Jo
