(IC) Mardrave watched as the ape fired at the two, and his shield goes up in a mear second before the beam hit him. All the energy being transferd to Mardrave himself, his muscles ripple with strength. He looks to make sure Sophia is ok, before hoping down with her, landing right next to her. He looks up to see the next Giant ape grab the first, and he sighs, "How many of these things do we have in the group.." Shaking his head, he looks to make sure the others are fine, before looking back at Sophia, "I guess.. All we can do is be the backup incase something else goes wrong.." Then he looks to watch the two apes.
