(OOC: warning, bad poetry and more of that "stuck inside the Darkness" crap. I know it's getting a bit cliched right now, but it really goes well with the music I'm listening to, so you'll just have to deal with it. And where is the new Knight?)
Nao began to relax a bit. At least Wren and Akito were getting along. She was worried Wren was going to turn isolationist on them again, but they seemed to still be good friends. She leaned back against the tree and closed her eyes, enjoying a moment of serenity while it lasted. She knew it would not last long, but it was nice to wish it did. The sun bathed her face in warmeth and the lunch-time chatter began to blend into a calming hum. then her mind began to become fixated on the sunlight, and her surroundings began to fade away.

When the voice stopped speaking, the warmth around her vanished, and the light turned to burning darkness. She searched for Sapphire, who was always there when she needed her, but this time she was not.
"Face your fears" the voice said. Nao tried to understand. Why the hell did this always happen? "Face your fears" The voice said again. "what are my fears?" She was suddenly bombarded with images. At first they were the same ones that Zeph had shown her, of what darkness was. Then she saw images of death, images of having to fight her best friends, images of betrayal, and then total darkness.
"You fear being alone. You fear yourself. You fear darkness, Girl-child."
"Zeph, you bastard, I swear I'll kill you!"
"hm, glad you finnally recognized me." Zeph said, then appeared from the darkness. "You'll never escape the darkness" Zeph took out his sword, and before Nao could respond, buried it into her shoulder. Pain shot up her arm, and her body was torn to shreds. Then she was being shaken. Someone was calling her name, but she cuoldn't hear. Her ears were filled with something else. Was that her screaming? She looked up at Akito and Wren, and felt hot tears stream down her face. Embarrassed, she quicky wiped her eyes, hoping no one would see her cry...
