I just wanted to leave a note here about Chip. I was one of the first to buy one of his calls years ago when he was learning to build. Along the way I've bought several more and have watched him evolve as a callmaker.

I just wanted to say how great your calls are today. Without a doubt you have evolved into one of the three best modern callmakers. I have no doubt in another ten years you will be the best.

But along the way Chip took me under his wing and has gone far and above the call to help me get started building calls. His help involved help buying the right tools, setting up a paddle making machine and even sending me some springs for free.

Chip, I just wanted you to know I just sold my first call and the man was very pleased with it. Thank you for your help. And as I promised when you were helping me, I will help others.
