I also like the bean version, since beef doesn't digest well for me [they say its the "intestinal flora," that once your body adjusts to beans as your main protein you have the same problems with heavy meats that others have with beans :o(( ] -- my favorite recipe is much the same but I use TVP (dried soy crumbles) in place of the ground beef. Surprises many folks who are sure that's gotta be beef, cause the texture is so much like hamburger ....
