well you musta been young fairly recently tso, cuz they didn't start building those govt house's till bout the mid 70's after all the AIM protests and as result of the forced relocations off of Big Mtn. they had to relocate those they left homeless to somewhere ya know.

and yes, as a matter of fact, hogans are alot warmer than those govt houses.
