No I managed to glean 30+ years ago that Indians were pre-Constitutional:) But I would have thought by now, given the heavy Euro influence on tribal Government, that more tribes might have adopted the "free speech" ethic.

An Indian Bill of Rights certainly seems long overdue.

I feel very sorry for Johnnie with the position he and his wife are in.
