1. Um, I have run into walls several times due to my unalertness, and sometimes I feel bad for left out objects such as a jar of relish, or the number "9".

2. One time I threw out a gallon of really expensive buttermilk, cause i thought it was normal milk but spoiled, and I got into a lot of trouble. But I don't know if that answers your question...
