I think that you hit it: They don't have their acts together.

Here is the rundown:

Red Rooster III - Great, within about 2 days a full detailed, publishable report is faxed/e-mailed to "All outdoor writers." Us, WON, and I am not sure who else.
Royal Polaris - Frank is really good about interviews. A little hard to get a minute of his time, but well worth it. Very informative, concise, articulate, etc.
Royal Star - This boat has the capabilities of e-mailing/posting photos and reports and this can be seen on a day to day basis on their site. Randy Toussaint and I have discussed him also sending updates to me, none so far. As for getting reports, they are pretty much the same as the RP: No set faxable report to my knowledge, but willing to talk.

Polaris Supreme - Is willing to talk. I think they may have some kind or report, and they said that I would start getting copies, but that has yet to happen.

Excel - Pat is difficult to find, but will talk. Excel is the boat that I mentioned above. The office sent me a very minimal report (JP winners/weights and a one sentence comment).
