Looks as if this year Soap Lake's annual classic car show and feed got thrown in with the Hogs. Hog Run must have petered out. What happened to the "up to a 1000 Hogs?" Must be the result of the Peter Principle. Hope the mix doesn't kill the family-oriented SHOW AND SHINE. The two events don't go together like a horse and carriage. Everytime someone farts in Soap Lake, someone up and creates a festival for it. Or a town theme. Another lava flow is about the only thing that will change the town. Don't get me wrong. The Coulee and the rock formations are beautifull as is. It's the mindset that sets the town back.
