Between 1998 and 2001, 184 Soap Lake homes were sold, average price $39,175. All Soap Lake needs is a giant lava lamp in mid town to really screw up the works, lowering values even more. Bluntly speaking, stop the music. Many of us are disgusted enough over foolish costly ideas and have begun to worry about whether we can salvage any equity from our investment in Soap Lake's soft unstable real estate market. Quality people will move elsewhere, finding a more reasonably sane, sensible and affordable place to live.
