I like the idea of a humongous Lava Lamp glowing in the night sky BUT I don''t see how this could ever be possible and be functional like the way we know lava lamps work..
I will be the first one to apologize "when and if" you ever make it and have it functioning; as for now... I feel this is a "humongo" publicity stunt and just trying pull a fast one on us..

"I'm a man of many thoughts and little words. I think that this is the wrong stunt for the right reason! Why ...... due to rising power cost the use to power up a 60 ft. lava lamp with no history to the location would exceed the influx of visitors & make this a failure! Secondly without cost support from Haggerty for the material you will find that you will have a cost excessive replacement of the materials as they degrade over the years (3 years?), all because you don't have a local area history of where "lava marketing was conceived"! The poplicity will be great for a year or two but when you have to spend the funds to replace the lava & once the poplicity has faded, the pros will out weigh the cons!! I truly believe the loss of income will exceed the gain in revenue!
