Subject: NO SERVICE & MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT EXISTS BETWEEN SOLA LALA & CITY OF SOAP LAKE.

To date, CLAIM is still being made on www.giantlavalamp.com. Service and maintenance of the giant lava lamp structure has never been approved or voted on by City of Soap Lake and a joint service & maintenance collaboration does not exist between City of Soap Lake and SOLA LALA, which is a private foundation connected to the Giant Lava Lamp project. The claim is outright misleading. To say...."will be provided" while operating from no official base, certainly sends up a red flag. Because City has never ever agreed to provide, claim would have to be considered false.

More about unsound reasoning. If nobody made the claim and nobody is perfect, they could be considered perfectly correct in doing so. Say what?
