Application proves how it was filed, when it was filed, why it was a hush-hush and that it turned out to be not legal. How would your SOAP LAKE TAXPAYERS like to PAY the GIANT PUD Bill that will stoke that lava into glowing flowing contortions; twenty-four seven three hundred sixty five days a YEAR? EEKS! Where does CONSERVATION of ENERGY play into this Giant Bubble Machine? Wattage! Wattage! Wattage! The Giant Lava Teams's project is WAY-OUT of line.
