THIS PUSH FOR PUBLICITY IS A PRIVATE ENDEAVOR STARTED BY A COUPLE OF UNOFFICAL FIGURES WHO INSTIGATED IT.

RE: City Council, Soap Lake Washington. The City ONLY gave the two designers a courtesy vote, one so worded to clearly acknowledge that the city supports development and will support their CONCEPT as well based on a limited preview of the idea; ie the artist's rendition of the giant lava lamp and practically no information at all. The City DID NOT vote to take on the giant lava lamp development nor was it to become a city public works project. Presently, the $25 million dollar proposal and study is under the guidance of Brent Blake, Manager of the Team's project.
