I think that you should come up with your own design if Haggerty doesn't chip in! After all if it's 60ft tall & has goo flowing in it, it's a lava lamp!
The cheapest design would be to make it a three sided pyramid as all you need is flat pieces. Bullet proof or Waterworld (Shamu) glass would do!? There's no way your community could pay to have a globe made that is 35 to 40ft. Hope you get this of the ground!"
