Subject: Aim to patent? World's largest LAVA(r) "like" lamp?

Could this private roadside attraction outshine Haggerty Enterprises who holds the reg. rights to LAVA and the world's record? Could this LAVA look-a-like, as the project manager's WA. State CTED funding application calls it, add another patent credit to John Glassco's many others @ patent office? John Glassco,Ephrata, Washington should not be confused with the most famous Canadian writer, John Glassco. Ephrata's John Glassco did hail from Canada and holds roots there. Could this be the aim? Maybe obtain a patent under name of City of Soap Lake (unlikely so) or Giant Lava Team, Brent Blake,MGR, (or and) John Glassco, CONSULTANT & DESIGNER. (more likely so)

I am not a glob lover but by the looks of things the $850,000.00 requested for the project's phase 2, "complete enginering and feasability studies", would give the Giant Lava Lamp Team a free ride to the Patent Pending process.

I recall reading about that concept in the Spokesman Review. The giant lava lamp project manager was quoted as saying,"WE NEED TO GAIN OWNERSHIP OF THE CONCEPT." Sounds like a patent statement to me.
