[OCT.01 2002] Soap Lake Giant Lava Team assures under Project Type 9-Tourism Development application they filed with CTED under name of SL CITY,that they have "raised to date $50,000.00." City of Soap Lake had no public information available regarding their specified "unsecured" monies being recieved. For all practical purposes and to avoid the appearance of conflict of interest, the Lava Team has an obligation to the public. NOW. Provide the public with who "recieved" the $50,000.00 "recieved to date." That will point to who these backers are ie the bankroller's and pledges. WE, the people, have a RIGHT to KNOW!
