Subject: 31 Mariner Driveshaft - Is it Metric
In reply to: Hal 's message, "Replacing the 4107 with a Beta 30 HP" on - Saturday - 11/ 7/20 - 5:42am

Replacing the 4107 with a Beta 30hp

Replacing the driveshaft which I thought was 1 1/8 but now that I have it out I can see that is 1 1/6.

So I wonder if the shaft is metric, say 27mm?

Then what about the Cutlass bearing?

Hal
