We purchased Tivoli without an engine, however, we did put one in. Pretty straight forward... Went right through the hatch into the engine well. Lucky for us? the sink and cover for the engine was missing... We have since replaced and would have to remove that to get engine out.. But I dont think it would be that big of a deal.

I just finished replacing the original Perkins 4-107 with a rebuilt in #90 (Fairchild) at the dock. There are a few tricks I learned along the way, especially related to moving a quarter ton of metal in tight spaces. I'm planning on adding to the projects section very soon, but if you need info and pictures earlier let me know.
