 I have yet to hear anyone mention in an interview that they were influenced musically by Boppers music. Do people travel to Beaumont to take pictures beside Bopper locations? I don't think the points mentioned warrant him being inducted while others far more influential are not. Dick Dale and Link Wray influenced numerous guitar pickers, and if you want to delve into Boppers country accomplishments, why should Patsy Cline not be in the Rock Hall for her classic tracks? I don't think we'll ever see a Bopper induction looking at the rappers they are inducting as of late. It is an industry pat on the back and nothing more really.
