 You are obviously much closer to the topic than I. Many stories circulate from time to time. The BBC in London has been accused for years of not releasing or admitting destruction of video recordings made in their studios by the Crickets during their tour in 1958. I hesitate to say this but Maria Elena would make a fine song and dance about ANY Holly material that is known to exist. Law suits could rain from Heaven if you know what I mean? If I had such material I think I would tell no one. Who would want to be tied up in the courts for possibly years?!! BBC included.
