Thank you Ivy your advice sounds very helpful. I called my Dr and he is prescribing Tramadol for aches and pain ive been having, he said for me to try and put up with the aches and other stuff, because he would rather i go through this and get off prednisone then for me to take roids for much longer =/ however he did say that if i get worse and can't put up with it to call him and to up my dose to either 12mg or 15mg, 15 was what i was taking before i went down to ten. Its all just very frustrating... i hate having to go through this, specially because i have to work and go to school and no one really understands how i look so good on the outside but feel so sick... its just really hard and depressing... i think i got about 2hrs of sleep last night, between the pain and crying my eyes out... it has all just become close to unbearable. I'm just glad i found this site, and im glad that im not alone. but since this is my first bad lupus flare all this is new to me and its hard finding ways to deal with it =(
